Karina was amazing to deal with, and they went that extra mile to make sure the caravan was set up and ready for our arrival (including some lovely treats). We just had to step in and make ourselves at home. The van had everything we needed, the beds were very comfy, and the shower amazingly hot! Very happy! We will be repeat customers for our next trip!

We hired the Van from Steve & Karina for 5 days for a trip up to Tamworth for the Country Music festival. The van was super comfy, clean, towed perfectly and everything worked as it should. The campsite was Offgrid so we hired a generator as well which meant we could run the air con, a must have in hot summer conditions! Steve & Karina were absolutely fantastic to deal with, they were super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The handover process was easy and smooth and I left feeling full of confidence as a first time hirer. If you are thinking of hiring a van for your next getaway, I cannot recommend Off the Grid Caravan Hire highly enough!

We recently hired a caravan through Off The Grid Caravan Hire, Purple Phantom. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. It was the first time we have used a caravan and all the information we received and were shown on pick up, made me feel confident in the set up and packing up. This was our first time ever renting a caravan, and it was amazing! Karina and Steve are the absolute best - so friendly and helpful. Everything went super smoothly, from picking up the caravan to dropping it off. They even sent us some awesome video tutorials before we picked it up, which was really helpful. And when we got there, they explained everything in detail. The caravan itself, the "Purple Phantom", was spotless and well taken care of. They even left us some snacks and drinks, which was such a nice touch! We'd definitely recommend Off-Grid Caravan to anyone looking for a great caravan experience.
