Another first class experience with Off the Grid and the team Fantastic

We felt well equipped to head off on our adventure in Big Blue. The van was beautifully appointed and had everything you could need. A true home away from home with some unexpected but welcome surprises in our hamper. Steve and Karina run a fantastic business and they are both very lovely people who are professional, warm and kind. Recommending to everyone I know.

Amazing caravan . Super comfortable

fantastic experience, van was in great condition with great off road accessories allowing us to free camp for 5 nights, which was required for Mundi Mundi bash. Steve and Karina were great to deal with, a simple issue was dealt with via phone. So much easier than owning one, Great experience, very happy, definitely do again

Steve and Karina were great to deal with. Very clear communication and were always available to answer any questions. Drop off and pick up went smoothly and the van was exactly as described. There was even a little welcome basket (which my kids loved). We would definitely hire from Off The Grid Caravan Hire again. Thanks for making our trip a memorable one :)

A lovely van, my husband and I got a bigger van as we had suitcases and we had plenty of room. Stove and oven were amazing to use. All the comforts of home. Would book again,Steve and Karina were professional and clear in there instructions. Love the doona and cosy bed. Aircon was very handy. Thankyou for making our stay so comfortable.

Great van that had everything we needed. Easy set up and really smooth to tow. Loved having hot water, shower and toilet and the ability to go off grid when we wanted to. Appreciated the air conditioner during a cold snap. We have hired from Steve and Karina previously and will continue to hire from Off the Grid in the future.

This is our 3rd rental so we are obviously happy customers. The customer service and condition of the caravan is excellent. We accidentally damaged the jockey wheel and were able to call and arrange a quick resolution / replacement.

we had a great time from the time we did the handover right up to the end of our trip. Steve was contactable at any time as we had a couple queries along the way, which was great. Very clean on delivery and the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you.

We loved every minute of our adventure in big blue. plenty of space for a family of 5 and all our things. van had everything you could possibly need. it was clean and well presented and steve gave a very informative guide before we left. would highly recommend and will book the same van again in the future.
